My car concerns are always paid attention to when I presented them. The repair services are top notch as I can tell, no cutting corner, which mean my car DID NOT having same problem shortly after I got it repaired and had to bring it back again. NEVER HAVE HAD this situation before yet. Always having available time for my car when I called in for an appointment. And the repairs are always done the same day I brought my ca in. I guess that's the difference between regular check up service and waiting for compounded car problems, which will take longer than same day completion service.

I can always bring my car for service whenever I can bring it without making an appointment every time. There may be time appointment is needed if on some busy months. And the repairs are timely and of course may depend on the car problems. I initially found John's Auto Repair Service back in 2003 from a word of mouth by one of my university academic advisor here in town back when I started having a car for the first time here attending school. HONEST, fair price, and friendly were the words I heard and that all I need to know to be a continual customer ever since.

I can't recommend the folks at John's Auto Repair high enough. From the work they've they've done on our cars over the last several years, it's obvious they are highly qualified and do excellent work. Diagnostics of car-truck issues is not a precise thing especially with intermittents. Very seldom does a part jump out and say "I am the bad part and responsible for your troubles". That being said, I think Johns shop is pretty good in their methods and explanations when troubleshooting. It's why I keep coming back to them.

First rate, friendly service, FAST repairs, honest. We've been going here for years. found them accidentally because a friend's clutch went out and they were the ones to be able to get her car in fastest. Glad it worked out the way it did. Car repairs can be expensive, and the prices here are competitive. I have no idea how to fix cars, so whatever they charge is fair to me. I'm an RN, and I suspect they don't have the skill set I do, and I bet they would have no problem paying me for my services if they needed it. This is how I look at car repairs. This shop has been here for years, the people working have been consistently kind, helpful, truthful and knowledgable. they also have a supply of dog treats for those of us with canine friends. Nice touch. Last time I had work done there, an unforeseen issue arose after extensive repair work on brakes, alternator, batter. They fixed the problem right away and only charged me for parts. Again, I find this kind of customer service to be exemplary. If anyone asks me who to go to for repairs, I always recommend Johns Auto. Every time.

John's Automotive Repair always provides excellent and quick service. I have been a client for about ten years and John's has looked after at least ten different vehicles that I have owned. When he retires, I am going to quit driving. Luckily, I am a bit older than he is.

When no other repair shop or parts shop could get the part for my car in less than a week, John's Auto got it to me within a few days and installed it for a much more affordable price than I had found anywhere else. Although it was finished a day later because the company sent the wrong part, they gave me a very generous deduction from the costof the installation which I was very appreciative of. Overall I think five stars is not enough, and should I have any other car repair need I will be sure to come back here again and again!

Even though I live in Albany, John's in Corvallis is my go-to repair shop. In my most recent experience, my truck broke down over the weekend. I was able to drop the truck off using their key drop and got the repairs done and my truck back by Tuesday. For over $100 LESS than the estimate they gave on Monday morning. Love these folks.

Five stars all the way! I was given extremely fast and professional service when my car wouldn't start the night before an important trip. Limped the car into the shop and they had me on the road very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when handed the bill, got in, drove away feeling like I had been taken care of instead of being taken advantage of! Thank-you for the excellent service and you definitely have a new regular customer.
